My name is Leah Mathew. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was young and made me the person I am today - happy, healthy and more confident. Started playing soccer as soon as I could run and then moved into tennis at the age of 9 years old. Started the gym when I turned 16 years old and qualified as a personal trainer at 18 years old. I went travelling at the age of 21 and put fitness on the back burner as I didn't have a normal routine for 3 years, in this time I gained about 25KG. Over the past 2 1/2 years I have made fitness and health a priority and have now lost over 22KG. Currently in the best shape of my life - strongest, happiest, healthiest and most confident I have ever been.
I am hoping to share my love of fitness with you, inspire you and help you to create healthy habits - physically and mentally and achieve your fitness goals.

I will create a customised food and training plan for you and be with you throughout the entire journey. Your entire plan will be tailored to you with all the necessary considerations taken into account: preferences, access to equipment, level of experience, past injuries and current situation.
